Where B4Q & accreditation body logo/mark is used, the client(s) shall ensure below conditions:

– B4Q Logo shall be used in exact color & shapes or else it can be used in grey scale / black & white.
– Use shall be restricted to correspondence, advertising, and promotional material that is directly applicable to the scope of registration as shown on the Registration Schedule.
– The Logo shall not be used in such a way to suggest that Government Minister, have certified or approved the client’s activities, or in any other misleading manner.
– The Logo may be uniformly enlarged or reduced but shall be large enough for the wording to be clearly legible (10 mm at least), and may be in any one single color.
– Use shall be such that there is no implication that the goods or services themselves are approved by B4Q
– The logo shall be used in such a manner so that it should not imply that it is used as some govt. seal or approval mark & other such kind of activities. Logo shall be used strictly for the organization it’s issued for & should not be used to create any kind of mistrust among the public at large.
– The Certification Mark issued within the framework of a quality system certification program
(a) may be used on stationary, literature and publicity material;
(b) shall NOT be used on a product, or in any way that may be interpreted as denoting product conformity;
(c) may be placed on labels and affixed to the product providing the label contains the following text in a manner that makes it obvious that the text and certification mark are linked; “manufactured/supplied/ designed/ developed under a quality system certified as complying with ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ISO 22000/ISO 20000‐1/ISO27001”.
(d) Shall not be placed on product or packaging providing the following text is included in a manner that makes it obvious that the text and certification mark are linked; “manufactured / supplied / designed / developed under a quality system certified as complying with ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ISO 22000/ISO 20000‐1/ISO27001”.

Note: The table below provides guidance on the use of certification/ registration marks for indicating when a product has been made under a certified/ registered quality management system.






*1. This could be a tangible product itself or product in an individual package container etc. In the case of testing / analyzing activities, it could be a test / analysis report / calibration / inspection report.
*2. This could be over‐packaging made of cardboard etc. that can be reasonably considered as not reaching end users.
*3. This applies to marks that have a specific form including some basic description of its applicability. A statement in words alone does not constitute a mark in this sense.
*4. This could be a clear statement that “(This product) was manufactured in a plant whose quality management system is certifies/ registered as being in conformity with ISO Standard”.


We accept that we have well understood all the above terms and conditions and the above are overridden by the conditions for the use of WMS Group / Accreditation body mark and we undertake to abide by all for the use of WMS Group / Accreditation body mark and if violated, WMS Group reserves the right to revoke / suspend / withdraw the registration certificate without prior written information to us.
